Nel 1999 Larry ha fondato ShinAwiL Productions Ltd, dove ha lavorato come Managing Director per 3 anni, prima di formare una joint venture con Srceentime Australia nel 2003, dando vita a ShinAwiL. Nel 2015 Larry ha comprato Screentime da Banijay Group e ShinAwil è ora uno delle più grandi compagnie di produzione indipendenti dell’Irlanda. Larry è attualmente CEO di ShinAwiL. Nel 2009 Screentime ShinAwiL Ltd. ha aperto i suoi primi uffici UK nel Nord dell’Irlanda, e nel 2012 ha realizzato la sua prima serie commissionata da BBC NI, Undercover NI.
Larry è stato Executive Producer del capolavoro di prossima uscita Miss Scarlet & the Duke per LA Studio Element 8 e A&E International, nel 2019.
È stato inoltre Executive Producer della versione irlandese della serie pluripremiata The Apprentice, vincendo 2 Irish Film and Television Award; di Dragons’ Den; MasterChef Ireland; The Voice of Ireland; e del recente successo di Dancing With the Stars, vincitrice IFTA. Altre produzioni recenti includono Home of the Year, What are you Eating?, Meet the McDonagh’s e Tested on Humans.
Il team di sviluppo ShinAwiL sta sviluppando serie originali per il mercato irlandese, UK e USA, sia scripted che unsciripted.

Nel 2000, Larry è stato eletto vicepresidente della Executive of Screen Producers Ireland (SPI), e ha ricoperto questa carica da gennaio 2003 a febbraio 2004. Nel febbraio 2004 è stato eletto presidente fino al febbraio 2005. È inoltre stato membro irlandese della CEPI dal 2003 al 2006.
Larry è International Ambassador del festival internazionale Rose d’Or; un membro del board di Screen Skills Ireland e Entertainment Masterclass. È stato inoltre membro della giuria dell’International Emmys, BANFF, Rose d’Or e Real Screen Television Awards.
Larry è un docente ospite alla DIT Dublin, IADT Dublin, MipTV e MIPCOM, SPAA Australia, e Entertainment Masterclass.
Larry ha ricoperto il ruolo di Board of the Broadcasting Authority dell’Irlanda dal 2010 al 2015, e nel Board of Screen Ireland dal 2017 al 2020.
