Executive Producer @ DOCDAYS
Antje Boehmert studied American History, Theatre-, Film- and Television Sciences and English Literature at the University of Cologne. In 2000 she started out as a producer in Washington, D.C.
After a few years as a freelance Director and Producer, she founded DOCDAYS Productions. Recently, Antje has executive produced specials for the Smithsonian Channel, APT, Al Jazeera America, ARTE, ARD, ZDF, 3sat, NRK, SVT, DR and others.
Antje was awarded with a GRIMME – one of the most prestigious awards in German TV – for WE WANT YOU TO LIVE – Liberia’s fight against Ebola
