As President of Connect3 Media, Pablo is focused on co-productions for the North American and international markets and works with independent producers, writers, and showrunners, connecting their projects with the right platforms and broadcast partners.
Recently, Salzman led the creation and implementation of Cineflix’s International Development Initiative for Quebec Content which promotes the adaptation of French-language scripted series and formats created by Quebec producers for the English-speaking global market.
Previously VP, Commercial Affairs at Cineflix Media, Salzman fostered deep relationships with creators, broadcasters, and OTT platforms. He successfully tapped into Canadian funding sources to leverage the commercial potential of dozens of projects. He also played a key role in developing ancillary revenue streams such as licensing, merchandising, and companion apps.
