Giuliana Aliberti, civil lawyer expert in copyright; creator and director of Women’s film festivals including “Visionarie 2019 – Donne tra Cinema, Televisione e Racconto” at Palazzo Merulana (Rome), May 2019; Creator and presenter in 1998, together with Maria Latella (Rai3) of the first entertainment program on law. She founded with Enzo Porcelli the company Alia Film Srl. She has been a consultant for most of the trade associations operating in the cinema field; in 1994, she successfully presented an appeal to the European Commission in Brussels for compliance with the European legislation “Television Without Borders”
