In the context of the unprecedented crisis ignited by the breakout of Covid-19 pandemic and its disruptive effects on the Audiovisual sector, the approach of the European Commission in re- shaping the future landscape of incentives and recovery measures to boost European creative industries production capacity will be crucial for ensuring the competitiveness of a key sector. This panel discussion, organized in cooperation with Creative Europe Desk Italy MEDIA, focuses on the challenges and opportunities to be exploited, the current and long-term prospect needs of the industry and the actions the European commission envisages to foster economic
recovery, sustain cultural diversity, encourage the renewal and strengthening tomorrow’s European Audio-visual eco-system.
